We specialize in the in-depth research and development of vortex spinning technology, and are proficient in the optimization of formulas for pure spinning and blended spinning (polyester/viscose, CVC, functional fibers). By adjusting process parameters such as spinning speed and nozzle air pressure, combined with precise control of raw material pretreatment and drawing processes, we achieve continuous optimization of yarn strength, evenness, and hairiness indicators

We implement standardized quality control throughout the entire process, from the arrival of raw materials to the delivery of finished products, strictly controlling core indicators such as evenness CV%, breaking strength, twist, and color fastness.
